The Spark
Summer 2015. A husband with a vision, a wife with a box cutter, and a four-wheeler that needed a Venom decal.
Devyn Rockey wanted the iconic Marvel anti-hero on his four-wheeler — but nothing permanent. So Jaida, the artist of the two, grabbed some shelf liner and a box cutter and hand-crafted a custom stencil from scratch. A little Plasti-Dip later, the result stopped people in their tracks. Devyn knew immediately — people would want this.
That spark became Dip n' Decal. Then Synergy Vinyl. Then Synergy Tees. And now, finally: Synergy Promo. A full-scale, in-house manufacturing operation serving clients from Southwest Florida to nationwide.
Over the years, Devyn and Jaida — now married with a baby boy, Jaymes — built their production capabilities piece by piece, collecting equipment, expanding services, and earning the trust of hundreds of businesses, schools, and organizations along the way.
A chance introduction at a local baseball field brought co-founder Mike into the picture. With a background spanning design, sales, and marketing, Mike was the missing piece. Three founders. Three distinct strengths. One brand machine that has never looked back.
That is Synergy. Not just in the name — in everything we do.

The engine behind Synergy Promo's operations, growth, and direction, Devyn has spent over a decade building the infrastructure, the relationships, and the reputation that makes SP the powerhouse it is today. When something needs to get built, Devyn makes it happen.
JAIDA ROCKEY- THE COMMANDER
The creative force behind the very first Synergy product — a hand-cut Venom stencil made from shelf liner and raw talent, Jaida is the original artist of the operation and the commander who keeps every piece of this brand moving in the right direction. Behind every on-time delivery, every satisfied client, and every project that exceeds expectations, Jaida is the reason it gets done right.
MIKE- THE CREATOR
A baseball field introduction turned into one of the best partnerships Synergy Promo ever made. Mike brings a rare combination of creative vision, marketing strategy, and sales expertise that transforms how clients see their own brands. The visual architect of the operation, Mike bridges the gap between what a brand is today and what it could become — and then helps build that bridge.
